5 Elements 5 Senses — The Experience
A monthly immersive experience inspired by the rituals and wisdom of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM).
These seasonal gatherings invite us to slow down, reconnect with ourselves, and nourish the body through the practice of Yang Sheng — the art of cultivating life. Through a carefully curated sensory journey, each session incorporates Qigong (TCM movement therapy), community acupuncture, seasonal herbal tea ceremony, sound healing, and Five Element wisdom.
Rooted in the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine, each experience explores the energetic qualities of the current season and element, supporting balance physically, emotionally, mentally, and energetically.
Together we move, rest, breathe, sip, listen, and return to presence through all five senses.
What to expect:
– Seasonal Qigong, breathwork & meditation
– Community-style acupuncture for deep nervous system restoration
– Herbal tea ceremony inspired by the Five Elements
– Sound healing with singing bowls, chimes, and grounding frequencies associated with the 5 elements
– Seasonal rituals, reflection, and connection
– A calming immersive atmosphere designed to regulate and restore
No experience is necessary, simply come as you are.
If needles aren’t for you, acupressure seeds can be used as an alternative. Please let Sam know in advance.
This is an invitation to step away from the noise of daily life and reconnect with the natural rhythms within and around you.

What to bring:
– Yoga mat
– Journal & pen for reflection
– Loose, comfortable, warm clothing
– Water bottle
– Blanket if desired
– Eye pillow or eye mask if desired
