This 8 week x 3 hour term runs with the school terms. These classes are taught by potting professionals and can suit any level of potter. The classes are small enough that you get the one on one attention you need to progress your skills further..

In this Hand Building course you’ll cover:

• Slab, Coil, Pinch pot, Surface treatment and Glazing

Classes will instruct you on the management of the clay that is supplied to you and how to clean up your workstation at the end of class.

You’ll be given half a bag of clay at the start of the term and more clay can be purchased in the studio if needed. You can bring in clay you have bought elsewhere, but we’ll need to see the bag the clay came in.

Hand Building students will get 10kg of firing included with term fees. After this quota, firing is charged at $20/kg(slightly cheaper than our standard rate).

Unfortunately we don’t offer refunds or credit for missed classes or signing up to this term accidentally.
