Clay by Candlelight: A Winter Evening of Ceramics and Wine

Join Centered Ceramics and Upstairs Wines for a fabulous night of wine, clay and candles.. Step into the cozy glow of our studio for a special evening where creativity meets curated tasting. Under the warm light of candles, you will hand-craft two unique candelabras while indulging in a wine tasting session featuring six wines.

The Wine Experience:

The team of Upstairs Wines in Ettalong will bring a selection of 6 small batch minimal intervention wines from lively sparkling through skin contact to winter warmer reds. Taking you through some in and outs on how they were made and why we love them so much.

What’s Included:

• Guided Pottery Session: Learn to hand-build up to two candlesticks using 1.5kg of high-quality white raku clay.
• Glazing and Firing: All firing and glazing of your completed pieces are included.
• Wine Tasting Experience: Sample six delicious small-batch, minimal intervention wines, expertly selected and explained by the team from Upstairs Wines in Ettalong.
• Welcome Drink: Enjoy a complimentary glass of mulled wine upon arrival.
