RITUAL #3: SNIFFER DOG + PHANTASMAGORIA EUPHORIA + DJ TRAGIC SELFIE [BEN ASKINS]
<<<
Thursday 29 October: Link & Pin proudly presents RITUAL: a monthly observance that ventures deep into the Australian electronic underground.
>>>
Ritual returns for its third instalment, with Sniffer Dog — the north coast’s canine ghost rider — barking up a storm at Link & Pin + supported by Phantasmagoria Euphoria, returning with their lush, dub-drenched soundscapes, beats, bass and operatic vocals + your old pal DJ Tragic Selfie playing a set of Clan Analogue classics!
<<<
Central Coast local Ben Askins (ex-Infusion // Genlevel // Clan Analogue) is a founding member of Australian electronic pioneers Infusion. Askins helped shape the country's rave and techno underground during the 1990s before stepping away from the spotlight and re-emerging as Genlevel, releasing acclaimed solo work that has found audiences around the world.
>>>
Along the way he's remained a key figure in the legendary Clan Analogue collective, one of Australia's longest-running electronic music communities.
<<<
This is a rare opportunity to catch a genuine pioneer of Australian electronic music in an intimate setting (on a cheeky school night!).
<<<
Amazing food // cold drinks // real coffee until late // new sounds: come and get lost for a while!
