Step into the flow at SPIRAL Coast, the Central Coast’s monthly jam for jugglers, flow artists, acro enthusiasts, and creative movers!

Whether you’re trying to get your head around poi tech, pass patterns, finding balance on your hands or with others, this is your space to connect with like-minded creatives, share skills, and explore new ways to move and create.

Outside of winter months of June-Aug we hang out in the sunshine in Gosford Leagues Club Park
Expect an afternoon filled with movement, rhythm and good vibes.
For winter we are adding some crafternoon vibes with our friends The Crud Muffins. Bring your craft projects, crochet, whatever your UFO = UnFinished Objects and have some tea and crafty fun!
Don't forget to bring your props. We'll have a stash of circus props to explore if you’re looking to try something new. This is a space for self-expression, skill sharing, and pure creative play
