Ana Flavia is a Creative Wellness Coach, Ceremony Facilitator, and Cultural Educator passionate about spirituality, artistic expression, and conscious living. Born and raised in Peru, she has lived in Australia for over a decade and is now based at Avoca Beach, Central Coast NSW, where she and her family are creating a food forest as part of their commitment to sustainable living and permaculture.

Through her journey, Ana has embraced three pillars that guide her life and practice: Yoga, Art & Nature. These foundations inspired the creation of KUMALI, where she offers experiences supporting women, children, and families on their paths of self-discovery, healing, and holistic well-being.

Using art, yoga, and ceremony as tools, Ana holds space for individuals to reconnect with their inner wisdom, live in harmony with natural rhythms, and cultivate balance, joy, and creative expression.
