Katherine Vavahea born and raised at Cronulla beach on Dharawal Country, now calls the Darkingjung country home. Multi-talented Indigenous Pasifika Australian artist, singer, songwriter, touring backing singer with Mirror Reflects & The Marvellous Hearts. Known for her soulful music in R&B and Soul genres, often incorporating multiple languages for healing and empowerment, with notable works like her EP Mama's Soul Kitchen and her single "Rise Up" as well as featured co-writes with Willis, "Days Gone By" and "Waiting For Tomorrow" with Amber Dubs both Australian hip hop artists.

Blending music, storytelling, and cultural knowledge, she creates work that inspires healing, resilience, and connection. A survivor of domestic violence and complex trauma, Katherine uses her lived experience to advocate for social change through the arts. She has toured nationally, released original music, spoken at community and cultural events, and delivered creative education programs for young people. Katherine is currently developing a trauma-informed arts education program while writing her debut stage production and new music, dedicated to amplifying BIPOC voices and empowering communities.
